This company was awesome to work with. From speaking with Peter (the owner), or Matt (the VP), and an additional delivery driver, their professionalism was as good as it gets. Our experience with the UNITS Moving and Portable Storage company was exemplary. From the beginning, they were very professional and very detailed about how everything would be handled. We spoke with Peter to set up when our storage units would arrive and be picked up, and he was very flexible and accommodating to help work with our schedule. Drop-offs and pick-ups of the storage units were thorough and on time. The company I work for, Tiburzi Builders uses Units Storage for any client that needs a packout. Units is by far the most professional and responsive storage pod company we have used. We will never use another company. Peter is amazing, always super fast to respond and goes out of his way to make sure our companies needs our met.

After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Even when they were running a little late, I got a phone call early enough to adjust my schedule, and when they arrived, it was a simple process that I didn't have to involve myself in since I was so busy getting situated between homes.
