Awesome customer service. And very professional drivers. It was nice calling the company and actually getting a real person. the drivers also checked and made sure the timing was right to deliver and pick up the units.

Using UNITS for my move saved the day. We were moving into new construction, and while we were assured that the closing date was "final" we had to change our move-in date twice. Being able to put our move into storage was essential, and UNITS was extremely flexible, responsive, and supportive in our last-minute changes. The technology to move the UNITS around both homes was amazing, and really simplified both loading and unloading.
Units of Charlotte is great! They were able to help me even on a weekend, and got the Storage unit out so fast. They were priced very well, and super helpful. Allowed me to keep it longer than expected while my Aunt was trying to find an apartment, and always delivered on all of their promises! Great company!
We used UNITS from 8/20 through 4/22 and it was the best choice! The delivery and pick up is so easy no big trucks coming on your property it’s all a simple remote control system and can manage tight spots. In and out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend and very professional.
We recently moved to a new location and used Units of Charlotte for our moving and storage needs. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and polite. Kept us informed on the move and storage of our pod. Climate controlled storage. Delivery of pod was exact and all of our belongings were in excellent condition and just as we packed. Units is always quick and professional! Heather was extremely helpful in getting my Unit placed and picked back up in a timely manner.
Units was very easy to deal with. They delivered the container to our driveway, we had all the time we needed to load it, and they stored it for us at their location. When it came time to load our shipping container, they pulled it right up to the loading dock for us. They were very reasonably priced, professional, and took great care of our things.
I moved just across state lines, but needed a storage unit while I sold one house prior to buying my new home. The team there is great. Always responsive, drivers always called ahead, everyone was very professional and friendly. The customer service is worth every penny, and yet they were considerably cheaper than the more well known national brands. Highly recommend Units. I will use them again if ever needed.

Wade and his team provided exceptional customer service! We needed a short term storage solution while we were closing on a new home. I called him in a pinch, because last minute we decided to use portable storage vs. a storage unit. This was the best decision we made! Wade had his team send out a unit for us the next morning!
