We rented a unit for 2 months for our move and it was a great experience. Steve was very responsive and quick to help us throughout the ups and downs of the process. I would highly recommend them. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

Ended up renting a storage unit for 2 months, we did the packing and unpacking of unit. Scheduling was fast and easy with Steve, and had no problem with pickup and delivery of unit. Truck driver was always courteous , and responsive to my needs. If I need their services again, I would not hesitate to use them.

First time using a Pod service. Steve the owner was great. He personally answered the phone calls and scheduled the drop offs and pick ups. Huge shout out to the drivers as well. They were on time, professional, and nice. Put the pod exactly where we wanted. Units will be my go to for referrals.

We chose Units to store some things that needed a climate controlled environment, like antiques and a piano, about 3 years ago. Steve was extremely responsive to my questions, in a prompt manner. He was professional and just had great customer service skills. It took us those 3 years to get our house built and we just had the pod delivered two days ago. Again, great service! They delivered and picked up exactly when we needed it done. The things we stored are in the same condition as when they went in!! Steve was great to work with and the service provided was too notch!

Owner was very courteous, understood and met our needs, communicated promptly and efficiently, and provided a container that operated properly and was very clean.
Delivery and pick-up drivers were quick, efficient, and placed the container exactly where we wanted it. The pick-up driver was so quiet and efficient that we were unaware that he had loaded the container until he was driving away.
I would use their services again and would recommend UNITS, as our experience was very pleasant.

We had a great experience with UNITs. Steve is very helpful, very quick to respond and overall great to work with. We had no issues throughout our rental of several units and would absolutely use UNITs again if the need arises. Plus, supporting a local business is always an added bonus!

After calling UNITS competition and getting a guy in CA, I called UNITS! In a society where you reach a phone voice prompt and sent on a long journey of listening to options, my calls were answered by one of the owners! Steve and his driver were friendly and informative. While I hope I won't be needing to use one of their portable storage units soon, I highly recommend UNITS to you!
